Responsibilities
Support Epicor Kinetic (cloud) with a focus on BAQs, dashboards, and reporting
Resolve ERP-related helpdesk tickets and provide hands-on end-user support
Troubleshoot issues, assist users at their desks, and perform basic system maintenance
Partner closely with the ERP/BA lead to triage and prioritize support requests
Support pricing-related data and reporting needs
Work within an internal IT ticketing system
Qualification
Required
Experience with Epicor Kinetic (cloud) environment
Ability to support BAQs, dashboards, and reporting
Experience resolving ERP-related helpdesk tickets
Hands-on end-user support skills
Troubleshooting skills for ERP issues
Ability to assist users at their desks
Basic system maintenance skills
Experience partnering with ERP/BA leads
Ability to triage and prioritize support requests
Experience supporting pricing-related data and reporting needs
Familiarity with internal IT ticketing systems
