Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across service journeys
Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements by collaborating with stakeholders
Create and analyze customer journey maps and service blueprints to identify areas for improvement
Facilitate design thinking workshops and support prototyping of service solutions
Ensure strategic alignment of service design initiatives with business goals and operating models
Support implementation and change management, including training and performance monitoring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business Analysis, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, service design, or a related role within complex service ecosystems
Hands-on experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and ITSM/ITIL frameworks, including tools like ServiceNow
Proven ability to conduct service research, create journey maps, and facilitate design thinking workshops using tools such as Jira, Miro, and Visio
