Prepare all export related documentation

Make U.S. Customs entry (A.E.S.) and documentation for export

Issue billing invoices and sending

Send shipping information to proper parties

Communicating with customer, answering phone, e-mail, fax

Maintain Cargo inventory as required and periodical report to proper party

Maintain Export license inventory and periodical report to proper party

Inputting profit report information

Arrangement of import instruction to proper party

Filing of export/import documents

Maintaining clean office area

Any other task involving export/import process and tasks requested by the Management
