Responsibilities
Test lead role overseeing test engineers
Programmatic support (Cost Account Management, Earned Value Management, Integrated Master Schedule)
Test requirements generation and traceability
Qualification testing (functional and environments)
First responder during test failures
Failure investigation and troubleshooting
Guidance and direction to test technicians
Setup test benches and equipment
Support to test equipment and test software integration
Support to cross-functional integration and development
Documentation (test plans/procedures, test reports, test requirements)
Customer support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
5+ years of experience in test engineering or a related field
Active DoD Secret clearance is preferred or must be willing to obtain one
Preferred
Experience leading a test team (engineers/technicians) through a development or qualification test program
Experience with environmental (rate tables, shaker, thermal chambers, etc.) and general-purpose test equipment
Experience with electrical engineering to support CCA level troubleshooting
Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Cost Account Manager related responsibilities
