They are seeking an experienced Sr Network Systems Repair Supervisor to lead a technical team responsible for programming and maintaining network infrastructure and overseeing the repair of network electronics.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in network programming, automation, and electronics repair
Monitor daily workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality, safety, and turnaround time standards are consistently met
Coordinate with other departments and management to align technical efforts with company goals
Provide training, mentorship, and conduct regular team meetings to strengthen technical skills, set performance expectations, and support employee development across all branch areas
Provide performance feedback, conduct evaluations, and document corrective actions as necessary to maintain a positive work environment
Engage in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving concerns
Oversee departmental P&L forecasting, labor planning, scheduling, KPI tracking, and operational data analysis, ensuring accurate reporting that exceeds customer expectations
Lead and guide employees engaged in wiring, soldering, and assembling fabricated components for electrical or electronic systems
Conduct comprehensive reviews of work orders for accuracy and completeness
Provide the next level of support for escalated issues during work shifts
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors
Perform all other duties assigned based on the needs of the business the warehouse supports
Oversee the programming and configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
Guide the development and maintenance of Python scripts for network automation, including configuration, backups, and monitoring
Supervise and support hands-on repair of network electronics, including PCB-level diagnostics, troubleshooting complex issues using both software and hardware expertise
Ensure all automation scripts, repair procedures, and device configurations are properly documented and maintained
Implement data collection and reporting tools to monitor repair performance and reliability
Support integration of testing equipment with software tools to streamline repair validation
Ensure the team meets or surpasses daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently delivering accurate reporting and exceeding customer expectations

Required

3+ years of technical experience in network engineering and electronics repair
2+ years of supervisory experience with a team of technical professionals
Hands-on experience with electronic repair, soldering, and diagnostics at the component level
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
Proficient in communicating technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, from simple to complex levels
Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Systems, TL 9000 Quality Systems and ITIL practices
Capable of utilizing repair tools including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, voltmeters, and soldering irons
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
General knowledge of OSHA Standards
Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, including experience with automation tools and libraries such as Ansible, Netmiko, and NAPALM
Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, etc.)
Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation of network tasks
Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Electronics Technology, or a related field

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, DevNet, CompTIA Network+, IPC, or similar)
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decision-making
