A Program Quality Manager leads the quality assurance strategy for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements
This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to drive quality excellence and ensure customer satisfaction across Programs

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std's certification may be required within 30 days of hire
Exceptional knowledge of standards – AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc
Expertise in quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
Assuring compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards
Understand configuration management and change management procedures
Driving root cause analysis and corrective action
Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills
Understanding of program contractual requirements and flow downs
Monitoring performance to drive decision-making based on data
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Influencing stakeholders at all levels to prioritize and uphold quality standards
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Quality Engineers
Experience reporting to Site & Executive Leadership and Customers
Thriving in collaborative environments
