Responsibilities
Placing purchase orders and planning material requirements to support inventory, production, and customer needs while maintaining cost objectives
Reviewing and resolving past due purchase orders, rescheduling requests, and expediting deliveries
Maintaining the accuracy of parts, including lead time, pricing, economic order quantity (EOQ), and safety stock levels
Leading materials supply and inventory levels for your assigned portfolio to meet manufacturing goals and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams
Supporting management in reducing raw material levels and participating in materials control processes for assigned materials and suppliers
Qualification
Required
Have an Associate's degree or higher in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
Possess experience using an ERP system (SAP) and strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Are driven, results-oriented, and motivated to work optimally without direct supervision
Demonstrate critical thinking abilities with an 'outside the box' mentality, including root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
