The Senior Loan Officer will focus on DSCR originations, working with various stakeholders and receiving institutional support as they ramp up their originations.

Responsibilities
Focus exclusively on DSCR originations
Work with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources
Receive increasing amounts of institutional support as you ramp up your originations
Initial support from underwriting and closing personnel will be provided
Pending at least moderate success, marketing and information technology resources may become available
Access to a substantial, low-cost balance sheet that can be utilized to aggregate and/or stabilize loans for best execution
Thrive in a competitive DSCR space and meet minimum origination targets
Avoid meaningful client or loan buyer issues (e.g. a forced repurchase)
Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our CRM (Hubspot)
Qualification
Required
A strong background in DSCR originations is required
If you currently originate $60+ million per year, we can speak about dedicated, flexible balance sheet to help you originate loans that you can't easily do today
We will also consider top-tier, non-QM originators with some experience in DSCR originations
