Account Executive (Inbound)

Responsibilities
Handle only warm inbound leads (no outbound or cold calling required)
Take qualified prospects through a standardized, high-velocity sales process
Manage a pipeline of 80-100 booked calls per month while maintaining quota
Collaborate with our product and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale handoffs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience closing in full-cycle sales, preferably selling custom software development services
Ability to speak technically to sophisticated prospects
Ability to independently manage a fast-paced pipeline and own results
A growth mindset and long-term career ambition
This role requires someone who can run a deal end-to-end and speak credibly with technical and non-technical buyers

In-person availability in Chicago is preferred but not necessary
