Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex application problems efficiently
Monitor application performance and generate reports to support continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in user training and provide support for application upgrades or new feature rollouts
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support or business analysis
Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues in enterprise environments
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
