Align technical investments with company strategy, making informed decisions that guide long-term architecture and system design
Drive cross-functional improvements that enhance both product outcomes and engineering effectiveness
Design and deliver systems that exemplify technical excellence and reinforce company engineering values
Leverage industry trends and emerging technologies to inform technical direction and foster innovation
Lead engineering-wide initiatives to improve system performance, operational excellence, productivity, learning, and knowledge sharing
Mentor senior engineers, directly contributing to their technical growth and career development
Qualification
Required
10+ years of software engineering experience, including leading complex full-stack systems in modern JavaScript/TypeScript environments
Proven ability to drive technical strategy, establish engineering standards, and influence architecture across multiple teams
Track record of mentoring senior engineers and providing technical leadership through design reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on contributions
Excellent communication and technical writing skills for aligning cross-functional teams and documenting long-term decisions
Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor in fast-paced, scaling environments
