Responsibilities
Track and interpret U.S. regulations affecting renewable energy projects and equipment imports
Develop compliant structures, procedures, and solutions aligned with regulatory requirements
Work with customers to structure compliant equipment solutions
Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory risk and compliance obligations
Manage legal administrative tasks, including U.S. filings
Liaise with regulatory agencies regarding compliance and regulatory updates
Qualification
Required
Law degree or equivalent paralegal/legal training
Minimum of three years of experience in-house, at a law firm, or in government
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to explain complex regulatory issues in practical, business‑friendly terms
Comfortable working with teams both domestically and abroad
Preferred
Background in the energy sector and/or trade/import compliance preferred
