Responsibilities
Develop tools and systems to automate emissions tracking and management
Drive emission reduction strategies across our operations (you facilitate, our technical teams execute)
Create reporting strategies for multiple frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, MSCI)
Tell data-driven stories that influence executive decisions and drive Net Zero progress
Position BKV for success in a low carbon world
Lead cross-functional teams and manage consultants
Qualification
Required
8-10 years in upstream/midstream O&G sustainability or environmental roles
Strong with data - you organize, analyze, and tell stories that change minds
Process optimization mindset - you create efficiencies in data workflows and reporting systems
Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and investor expectations
Technical depth in air quality, carbon management, and GHG reporting
Track record with emissions monitoring and emission reduction strategies
Proven ability to develop strategies (not just report metrics)
8+ years of environmental experience in oil & gas, with emphasis on air emissions
5+ years of team leadership in sustainability or environmental roles
Expert knowledge of ESG frameworks (TCFD/GRI/SASB)
Experience with federal air quality regulations for O&G
Strong data management and analytical skills
Preferred
Denver (preferred), Fort Worth, or Tunkhannock PA
Hybrid work available with occasional travel (~10%) to field offices
