Qualification
Required
Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and Problem-Solving
Planning and Organizational skills with strong Attention to Detail
Experience in Developing Client Solutions and Trend Analysis
Capable of working independently in a remote environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge in Healthcare, PBM Industry, Employee Benefits, or Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
