Building and maintaining strong business relationships
Implementing and managing prescription drug benefit plans
Conducting performance reviews
Collaborating with internal teams to support client objectives and cost-containment goals

Required

Client Relationship Management and Interpersonal Communication skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge in Healthcare, PBM Industry, Employee Benefits, or Pharmaceutical Industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
