Responsibilities

Forge Meaningful Connections: Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote our innovative hospice services
Educate and Advocate: Be a champion for our unique approach to end-of-life care. Educate referral sources on the value and benefits of choosing Superior Hospice
Guide and Support Families: Assess patient eligibility for hospice care and provide compassionate guidance throughout the admissions process, supporting families during a health crisis
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with market trends and industry developments, positioning Superior Hospice as a leader in the field
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth patient transitions and provide exceptional care at every stage
Ensure Compliance: Keep accurate records of interactions, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and ensuring top-quality service

Qualification

Hospice sales experienceExpert knowledge of hospice careBachelor’s degreeInterpersonal skillsCompassionate demeanorOrganizational skills

Required

Proven sales experience in the hospice or healthcare field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Expert knowledge of hospice and end-of-life care, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and their families
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with healthcare providers and families during sensitive times
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a diverse client base effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compassionate, empathetic demeanor and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with care and respect

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
