Responsibilities
Delivery of 1:1 digital health service with customized patient plans and supportive accountability based on a patient’s personal goals, medical intake, clinical assessment, and prior encounters with other medical providers and clinicians
Patient-related documentation and care coordination responsibilities
Attend team meetings, CEU opportunities, and training sessions
Potential for weekend and evening hours to meet patient needs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Must hold a current RDN credential
Active state licensure in at least one of the following states: WA, NC, FL, TX, GA, NY
Minimum of two years of nutrition coaching/counseling experience
Proven experience in motivational interviewing and behavior change skills
Professional experience supporting female hormone transitions across the lifespan and addressing concerns including weight (with and without weight loss medications), PCOS, peri and post menopause, pre-diabetes, and cardiometabolic health
Proven experience using technology in a telehealth environment, including utilization of an EMR (Athena ideal), Microsoft 365 and remote based communication systems (i.e. Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Meetings)
Proven experience working independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a remote team environment that spans clinicians, dietitians, clinical operations, and technology experts
Proven agility to thrive in a culture of learning, change, and uncharted opportunities to advance women's health
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
