Responsibilities
Own Partnership Performance & Analytics: Analyze performance across 3P distribution partnerships to identify growth opportunities, operational gaps, and risks; translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Operational Problem Solving: Partner cross-functionally to design and implement operational solutions that improve partnership health, scalability, and business outcomes
Senior Leadership Communication: Own executive-level reporting and narratives on partnership health, performance trends, and strategic priorities; prepare materials for senior leadership forums
External Partner Collaboration: Engage directly with external partners as needed, working closely with Business Development to drive the right commercial and strategic outcomes
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Own new strategic initiatives from 0-to-1-scoping opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution through launch and implementation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, and/or management consulting
Strong business acumen and financial literacy - comfortable leading strategic planning, and modeling tradeoffs/ROI
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving teams such as Product, Ops, Finance, and Business Development
Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complexity
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in marketplaces, restaurant tech companies, or bizops / strategy teams at B2B software companies
Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong ownership mindset
Expertise in SQL
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
