Qualification
Required
Knowledge and experience with Title IV regulations and Student Financial Aid processes
Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in managing and evaluating financial data
Background in Finance and understanding of financial management in higher education
Excellent Customer Service skills with a proactive approach to assisting students and families
Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced education or certifications in financial aid or finance are a plus
Experience working in educational institutions or with diverse student populations is highly desirable
