Founding Product Engineer (Full-Stack)
Seekeasy is a company focused on leveraging AI advancements to create innovative products. As a founding product engineer, you will be responsible for building applications, shaping development processes, ensuring product reliability, and mentoring the engineering team.

Responsibilities
Build our applications and integrations: Work with the team to design, implement, and maintain Seekeasy applications, APIs, and third-party integrations using efficient, testable, and maintainable code
Shape our development processes: Maintain and improve our developer tooling, build, and deployment systems to ensure reliable production releases
Ensure our products are working: Ensure high service availability by implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting for production services. Lead outage incident responses, identify and troubleshoot application issues, and optimize applications for efficiency and scalability
Lead and mentor: Guide the growth of our engineering team as we scale. Your experience will be invaluable in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with React (Next.js or Vite) and associated frontend technologies
Proficiency in Python, Git, and RESTful API design and implementation
Proficiency in user interface design and translating mockups into working products
A problem-solver who thrives in the ambiguity and fast pace of startup environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A seasoned full-stack engineer with 6+ years of experience and a track record of building scalable systems
You live in the San Francisco Bay area and can commute to our office in San Francisco
Preferred
Previous startup experience is a plus – even if you have not worked at a startup before, we want you to understand the expectations
