The Project Management Analyst 4 will oversee the Re-Entry Control Process for the USS BOISE Program Office, manage project operations, and liaise between various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead for the Re-Entry Control (REC) Process for the USS BOISE Program Office
Support trade submittal of objective quality evidence (OQE) REC related information, track REC signs off and associated metrics
Work with Engineering, Trade REC Coordination (REC) Team /Trades/shops, Project, E25 and O03/O04 to resolve issues
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; Master's Degree and 8 year of relevant professional experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate, Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience, High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

Preferred

Knowledge of the Re-Entry Control process
Strong problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Engineering/Test, shipboard, or Quality Experience
