Call Center Representative

Responsibilities
Provide customer service support and handle overflow requests from internal teams
Interact with patients and customers in fast-paced, high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
Create and update patient accounts and case notes within CRM systems (7–8 minutes per case)
Handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and demonstrate strong phone etiquette
Assist with basic insurance tasks such as authorizations and CPT-related inquiries
Discuss and process payments when required
Maintain productivity during peak hours (11 AM–2 PM) and support remote preregistration tasks when needed
Follow coaching and feedback to improve accuracy and service quality
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and accurate data entry skills
Experience handling phone-based customer interactions in high-volume environments
Proficiency with MS Office, email platforms, and web-based applications
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
Reliable work ethic and willingness to take direction
Comfortable handling sensitive patient data and asking for payments
Preferred
Healthcare, pharmacy, insurance verification, or hospital/ER experience is a plus
