Responsibilities

Lead TMEs/AE team for technical support of customer’s design projects
Direct customer engagement, build mutual trust and form strategic partnerships with key customers
Co-work with marketing team for business strategy and execution
Coordinate cross-functional team from start (definition) to end (release) for product development

Qualification

Power electronicsCPU/GPU power architectureTechnical marketingProblem solvingLeadershipExperience in IC companyFluent in EnglishMandarin languageWriting skillsPresentation skillsSelf-motivated

Required

Hands-on experience in power electronics for DC/DC power conversion topologies, control theories, debug technics
Deep understanding of CPU/GPU system power architecture
Strong problem solving capabilities
Fluent communication skills in English, mandarin is a plus
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Self-motivated and strong leadership
MSEE or higher required

Preferred

Previous experience in a system or analog/mixed signal IC company desired
