They are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst I to provide operational reporting and analysis support to key operational teams, advising leaders on dashboards and developing reports to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Determining and devising data collection, data interpretation, and analytical methodology for analysis purposes
Utilizing statistical, economic, and financial principles and techniques to prepare reports
Report and review of the monthly Patient Satisfaction survey results
Interpreting data concerning financial trends and economic and business forecasts
Preparing monthly operations review packages
Monitoring and reporting historical trends
Presenting analysis and results to operational leadership
Supporting the approval and classification for select expenses for the Accounts Payable process
Participate in development and detailed review of operation budgets and performance benchmarks
Facilitate the weekly financial projection process
Serve as project management for developing new and ad hoc reporting and serve as a liaison with developers
Preparing and evaluating staff and operations bonus calculations
Creates and supports exception-based report generation for all departments
Performing other related duties as required
Maintain strictest confidentiality to ensure that privileged and/or proprietary information is adequately safeguarded against disclosure
Practice and adhere to the 'Code of Conduct' philosophy and 'Mission and Value Statement'
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business analysis, or related field
Preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar analyst position preferred
Open to new graduates from an analytics program
