Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Image and deploy PCs
Manage peripheral setup monitors, docking stations, printers
Perform break/fix hardware support, including working with HP/Xerox contracts for printer issues
Provide advanced O365 support and troubleshoot CRM/HCM tool access issues
Support hardware/software asset management and maintain accurate inventory in ServiceNow
Assist with basic network connectivity issues and escalate as appropriate
Deliver high-touch support for onsite executives and staff
Qualification
Required
3+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Microsoft O365 suite
Experience with imaging tools and PC deployment
Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing for asset management
Basic understanding of networking, security policies, and enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite and provide responsive, hands-on support
