New Grad, Entry LevelInsight Global is seeking a medical laboratory technician or experienced lab professional to support the Clinical IT team by helping establish an onsite lab presence and assisting with the implementation of Laboratory Software. This individual will act as a liaison between the lab and Clinical IT teams, communicating operational issues, supporting minor end‐user troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Responsibilities
Support Onsite Lab Operations: Assist in establishing and maintaining an onsite laboratory presence in support of the Clinical IT team’s ongoing initiatives
Implementation Assistance: Contribute to the implementation and onboarding of laboratory devices and workflows within Roche Navify and Sysmex Caresphere platforms
Cross‐Functional Liaison: Act as a primary liaison between the Laboratory team and the Clinical IT team, ensuring clear communication of operational needs, device issues, and workflow concerns
Issue Identification & Communication: Identify, document, and communicate laboratory device or workflow issues to the Clinical IT team. While not responsible for technical troubleshooting, provide accurate descriptions of problems to support timely resolution
End‐User Support: Assist laboratory staff with minor, non‐technical troubleshooting and offer guidance on basic system use or workflow questions
Operational Insight: Leverage prior hands‐on operational experience with Roche Navify or Sysmex Caresphere to provide context, feedback, and recommendations during system configuration and validation activities

Required

Valid Drivers License / Open to Travel
Operational Experience with Roche Navify or Sysmex Caresphere middleware
