Account Coordinator, Promotional Merchandise (Promo Industry Pros — This Role Was Built for You)
Robertson Marketing Group is a national leader in the promotional products industry, known for its commitment to mentorship and employee development. The Promotional Merchandise Account Coordinator will support the Account Management team by managing product sourcing, client communication, and project coordination to ensure a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
Support Account Managers with product sourcing, custom orders, and client communication
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, artwork, timelines, and delivery details
Order, track, and manage product samples for client approvals
Generate quotes and assist with proposals for custom merchandise programs
Place and manage custom orders with a sharp eye for detail
Track project milestones and reporting using Excel and internal systems
Provide clear, professional email communication to internal teams and clients
Participate in occasional domestic travel for training and company events
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years with a promotional merchandise distributor
Strong working knowledge of branded merchandise sourcing and ordering
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a remote team
High school diploma required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
