Start in 2026 SpringTONYMOLY USA is a global beauty brand known for its innovative skincare products. They are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Intern to support influencer campaigns, community events, and team operations in their Brooklyn office this Spring.

Responsibilities
Maintain trackers, calendars, and campaign timelines (Google Sheets + Monday.com)
Take notes during marketing meetings and keep internal docs up to date
Research and identify brands, creators, and cultural moments that align with TONYMOLY
Support brand activations; this may include researching vendors, creating decks, or helping with on-site setup
Jump in to help the marketing team with anything needed
Plan and track product mailers for creators, editors, and event partners Oversee shipping details and ensure gifting lands on time
Assist with activations like PR events, pop-ups, bachelorette/college outreach, and editor moments
Pack and manage sample inventory and mailers as needed
Research and identify TikTok/IG creators who align with the brand
Support influencer outreach, seeding coordination, and content tracking (via ShopMy)
Maintain detailed logs of content deliverables, performance metrics, and deadlines
Help compile influencer recaps and reports for internal and retail partners
Stay on top of viral trends and pop culture moments—we’ll look to you for what’s next
Organize UGC for reposting, future campaigns, and mailers
Help ideate and sometimes star in short-form content (TikToks, Reels)
Qualification
Required
Are currently enrolled in college (junior/senior preferred) or a recent grad
Are highly organized and love staying ahead of deadlines
Work fast, stay cool under pressure, and can switch gears with ease
Have strong communication skills and aren't afraid to ask questions or speak up
Love skincare, beauty, and all things pop culture (a little K-pop love doesn't hurt!)
Know your way around TikTok, IG, and Canva
