Project Administrator I

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and outlining project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology and project deadlines
Coordinate project meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress using tools like Jira, generating regular status and progress reports for stakeholders
Monitor timelines and identify potential risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating them to senior project managers as needed
Facilitate clear, professional communication between internal teams and client teams through concise updates and correspondence
Support continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancement initiatives and lessons-learned activities
Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently for document management, presentations, and spreadsheets
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ IT / Project Management or closely related field
0-2 years of administrative or project support experience; entry-level candidates with strong certifications like CompTIA Project+, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), and PRINCE2 Foundation will be prioritized
Experience in JIRA is required (some examples include Roadmaps, Sprint Planning, OKR Tools, Jira Project Discovery)
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Trello) and document systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence)
