Responsibilities
Analyze store and market performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, labor, and inventory
Support retail optimization initiatives across pricing, promotions, labor planning, assortment, and operations
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
Assist with business cases, pilots, and testing initiatives to improve retail productivity
Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Analytics teams on cross-functional projects
Support new store openings, remodels, and other growth initiatives with data analysis
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementation at scale
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in retail, strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and working with data
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must live near a major airport and be open to heavy travel
Preferred
Familiarity with retail KPIs and performance metrics preferred
Experience with BI or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
