Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Team Leader in delivering enhancement request to support the business of SAP NS2
Will be responsible for focusing on learning coding, testing, quality assurance of software features on a development team under the mentoring or coaching of the Team Leader
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate taking full responsibility for tasks assigned and deliver work at a good level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency
Help continue streamlining how monthly SLA, Escalation and other reports are created
Work with other teams we consume reports form to better align and support where possible
Learn SAC and PowerBi
Engage with our automation experts to define use-cases / Agents
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Basic proficiency in computer programming
Basic proficiency in technical writing
Basic proficiency in business application
Ability to communicate within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand
Junior or Senior level student pursuing degree in a technical focused area
Graduate Student pursuing Master's Degree in a technical focused area
Preferred
Knowledge of SAP application is a plus but not required
