Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Best Practices to support our LAER model
Understanding target market(s) and market segmentation through commercial insights, data-driven marketing
Sharing top marketing content aligned to target audience and personas
AI for marketing, prompt and bot building to help our partners do more with their marketing capabilities leveraging AI
Partner with members from around the world of the global partner marketing team and of other teams to develop and execute marketing dashboards to help support growth initiatives with and on behalf of our partner ecosystem
Develop or improve marketing performance measurement and reporting capabilities for internal Siemens and external partner stakeholders
Work with partner marketing team to create and support marketing best practices for our partner ecosystem
Develop the ability to operate with minimal supervision over the course of the internship

Required

Currently enrolled as an undergraduate university
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Authorized to work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
Currently an undergraduate in Marketing or Business, with experience or knowledge in marketing or data analytic principles a plus
Structured thinker and excellent analytical skills, able to identify and communicate solutions and recommendations
Strong, polished oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and provide status updates on a regular basis
Technically proficient in Microsoft required, familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools beneficial, able and willing to learn new productivity software skills
Comfortable with frequent meetings on the phone
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive

Preferred

A foundational background in business, with experience in marketing data analysis is preferred
Solid understanding of digital marketing
Marketing savvy
Solid understanding of data models and be able to organize and analyze marketing data
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Heygen, and more
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
