Responsibilities
Run semi‑automated test equipment with accuracy and consistency during repeated test cycles
Record and update all test results, unit movement logs, and fixture maintenance data
Support engineering teams by assisting with test station setup, configuration, and initial qualification tests
Maintain lab organization by helping the planning team manage space, schedule equipment, and track inventory
Follow detailed procedures to ensure high‑quality output and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Perform basic equipment handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and preparing devices or fixtures for testing
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have a two‑year technical degree or higher, with solid computer proficiency
Candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in lab operations, electronics testing, or similar technical environments
Candidate must be able to follow complex procedures accurately while maintaining high‑quality output
Candidate will have strong data entry skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and familiarity with test documentation tools
