Program Coordinator II
The University of Kentucky is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to serve as their Lab Manager in the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition. This role involves managing the daily operations of the DHN Lab, coordinating projects, and supporting student success through experiential learning opportunities.

Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the DHN Lab
Serves as the primary point of contact for lab clients and student employees
Coordinates experiential learning opportunities
Acts as a subject matter expert during community-based rotations for the Accelerated Coordinated Program in Dietetics
Manages lab operations, schedules, and concurrent projects
Engages with clients, students, faculty, and staff
Mentors students and collaborates with faculty and staff to advance educational and research initiatives
Qualification
Required
MA
3 yrs
None
Lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 30 pounds, and computer work station activities
Excellent skills in planning, organization, time management, critical thinking, problem solving, mentorship, and interpersonal communications
Highly proficient with all MS Office applications, familiarity with body composition testing equipment
Preferred
MA, RD, experience mentoring college students in leadership development
Driver's license preferred
Registered Dietitian or eligible to receive credential strongly preferred
