Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve space utilization and labor productivity
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth
Lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to maintain 99%+ accuracy
Ensure the facility meets all OSHA standards and local regulations; spearhead safety training and incident reporting
Manage and optimize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline data entry and reporting
Qualification
Required
5+ years in warehouse management or logistics
High School Diploma
Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods
Preferred
Experience in [Specific Industry, e.g., Cold Storage, E-commerce, or Manufacturing]
Forklift certification (Trainer status preferred)
Lean Six Sigma or APICS certification is a major bonus
