Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree (4 additional years of experience can be substituted)
Experience with procurement subject to California Public Contract Codes
Familiarity with software licensing models (SaaS, subscription, perpetual)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to exercise judgment and discretion and to set priorities and manage competing demands
