Responsibilities
Perform monthly durability tests on coating samples from CG production plants
Test products used in manufacturing for coating compatibility
Collect, cut, and process samples from CG production plants
Perform durability on potential new coating products developed on the R&D coaters
Provide support for other research projects
Assist in troubleshooting coating defects
Conduct weekly verification of the R&D quality instruments
Maintain and update LoE coating standards
Assist with acquiring, measuring, documenting, and shipping standards for the production plant’s quality instruments
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Perform monthly durability tests on coating samples from CG production plants
