Responsibilities
Oversees credit administration, accounts receivable, and billing
Support general accounting, tax and financial reporting functions
Interpreting financial statements
Assessing financial stability of customers
Establishing credit limits
Maintaining exposure within credit limits
Cash applications to invoices
Ensuring timely and accurate billing
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business) or certification through a professionally recognized credit organization (Ex. NACM)
Prior experience with financial statement analysis or commercial banking
Five years of Credit/Accounting/Finance experience
Preferred
Prior leadership and supervision experience
Experience with financial reporting, analytical tools, and risk management tools such as corporate guaranties, credit insurance, letters of credit, etc
Strong computer skills that include experience using all facets of Microsoft Office software and database queries
