Responsibilities
Perform cost accounting activities including standard cost development, variance analysis, and cost roll‑ups
Analyze manufacturing costs related to labor, materials, overhead, and inventory
Partner with operations and engineering to support costing accuracy and efficiency improvements
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual standard cost updates
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SOX requirements
Assist with month‑end close activities and audit support as needed
Identify opportunities to improve cost visibility, reporting accuracy, and financial processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance
Working knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross‑functionally
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
