Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO and senior finance executives, managing priorities across multiple leaders
Serve as a liaison between the CFO's office and internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure professional communication
Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel logistics, and organize finance leadership events and strategic meetings
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions to support cross-functional initiatives and financial planning cycles
Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism, representing the CFO's office with excellence

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in finance, accounting, or professional services environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Experience in financial services, fintech, or publicly traded companies
Familiarity with business systems, approval workflows, and project coordination
Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
