They are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s overall strategy, operations, and execution, while working closely with the Board and Hillhouse Capital.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s long-term strategy in alignment with Board and shareholder objectives
Lead and scale executive leadership team across operations, finance, product, technology, and commercial functions
Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and capital efficiency
Oversee corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture aligned with global best practices
Represent the company in investor, partner, and key customer relationships
Lead M&A, strategic partnerships, and international expansion initiatives as appropriate
Work closely with Hillhouse Capital on strategic planning, reporting, and value-creation initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including prior experience as CEO, President, or General Manager
Demonstrated success scaling companies, preferably in PE-backed or growth-stage environments
Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with full P&L ownership experience
Experience working with Boards, institutional investors, or private equity sponsors
Ability to operate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree required

MBA or advanced degree
