Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
5 years of experience, preferably managing a union workforce
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Must be able to work in team environment
Understanding of manufacturing processes and key operational metrics
Effective communication for organizational alignment
Familiarity with quality systems and inventory control
Ability to analyze safety hazards and understand safety protocols
Quick comprehension of safety policies, production rates, and performance tracking
Preferred
BS in Engineering preferred
