Responsibilities
Collects, imports, and consolidates data from multiple sources including .csv files, databases, and internal systems
Cleans, validates, and standardizes data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
Develops and maintains interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and related tools
Analyzes trends, patterns, and outliers in data and translates findings into clear, actionable insights
Produces, reviews, and monitors performance, outcome, and compliance reports used by leadership to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Reviews data error reports and performs necessary follow-up to ensure data integrity
Develops ad hoc analyses and custom reports as requested by program managers, directors, and executive leadership
Partners with program, clinical, operations, and finance teams to understand data needs and design meaningful reporting solutions
Ensures compliance with data governance, security, and confidentiality standards
Tests and validates data pipelines, dashboards, and reports as systems are developed or modified
Serves as a data resource for management, program, and support staff
Develops user guides and provides training to staff on dashboards, reports, and data interpretation
Supports quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and outcome measurement
Assists with audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder reporting as required
Keeps current with trends and developments related to data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence
Demonstrates continued growth in technical skills and analytical capability
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or closely related field required
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis, data cleaning, report development, and dashboard creation
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization platforms
Strong experience working with .csv files, Excel, SQL databases, and other structured data sources
Demonstrated experience with data cleaning, transformation, validation, and normalization
Working knowledge of database design and data modeling concepts
Experience developing automated and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams
Ability to work independently in remote environments
Must be a team player, learn protocols quickly, and be competent to train others
Must have strong attention to detail and be able to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with a variety of individuals
Must be patient, conscientious, self-motivated, independent, and productive
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
Preferred
Bachelor's/Master's preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or regulated environments preferred
