Responsibilities

Assist and collaborate with the design and development teams to create competitive and impactful product lines and innovations
Assist product line managers in various tasks related to product line management and business operations
Highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate and high-quality product information systems
Prepare effective sell-in tools and facilitate internal meetings
Conduct thorough running industry analysis, market and consumer research
Stay informed about competitive trends and dynamics
Contribute to the execution of overall Global Performance product line strategies
Adhere to designated calendar milestones
Analyze and report on category business performance monthly
Present product ranges internally to PUMA merchandising and sales teams and externally to key retailers and partners
Collaborate in creating detailed product briefs that outline design, functionality, features, and performance requirements for each collection

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, exercise science, or related field to the role
1-3 years of experience in product line management or a related role
Demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and passion for the running marketplace, culture, consumer trends, and market dynamics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Requires 10-20% global and domestic travel
