Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Kofax TotalAgility solutions spanning multiple workflows and integrated systems
Build and manage business rules to support logic around routing, exceptions, automation decisions, and system events
Customize and extend KTA forms with multi-step interactions, advanced validations, event triggers, and API-driven functionality
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations between KTA and external platforms (e.g., ECM, CRM, ERP)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the KTA stack, including forms, rules, integrations, and performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions
Refactor existing workflows and objects to enhance performance, clarity, and maintainability
Enforce consistent organizational standards for naming, documentation, and object hygiene across all KTA assets
Support testing, deployment, and stabilization efforts for new and updated automation features
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility, including multi-workflow implementations
Strong expertise building custom KTA forms with event-based logic and backend integrations
Proven success integrating KTA with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of business process management (BPM) principles and enterprise workflow design
Ability to analyze and resolve complex production issues across automation layers
Detail-oriented with a disciplined, organized approach to building maintainable assets
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in document-heavy industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare, government), legacy KTA optimization, or low-code automation platforms is a plus
