The Oakley Summer Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive experience where interns work on priority projects related to Manufacturing, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, focusing on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related major
Self-starter and driven to succeed
Previous internship experience in engineering, manufacturing, logistics or continuous improvement
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Available the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week
Interest in corporate finance & accounting
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Study abroad or international exposure
Demonstrate leadership ability and relationship building skills
