Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Bank’s Active Directory and Group Policy configurations with surgical precision
Act as the primary steward for our SQL databases, application servers, and file systems, ensuring peak performance
Partner with departmental leadership to develop long-term system standards and strategic roadmaps
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend cutting-edge hardware and software to keep our network ahead of the curve
Work alongside the IT Administration Team to solve high-level puzzles and implement mission-critical projects
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent level of education and experience
Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
At least five years of work experience in all phases of computer operations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines
Ability to work well independently and in groups
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word
Preferred
Master's degree in computer engineering related field
