Responsibilities

Prepare monthly P&L reports for assigned departments or business units
Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on key drivers behind financial performance
Contribute to financial forecasts and the annual budgeting process
Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis (greater ownership expected at Sr. Analyst level)
Track departmental expenses and provide cost analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in preparing management reporting packages and presentations; Sr. Analysts may present directly to leadership
Support the optimization of financial reporting systems and processes
Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Required

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Analyst: 2-3 years of Accounting, Finance, or FP&A experience
Sr. Analyst: at least 4-5+ years of FP&A or relevant Finance experience, with proven ability to handle advanced modeling and cross-functional collaboration
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) a plus
Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Workday Adaptive, or similar
Solid understanding of P&L statements and expense allocation
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

CPA/MBA/advanced degree a plus
BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) a plus
