Responsibilities

Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to other appropriate staff
Picks and packs orders for shipment
Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
Performs other related duties as assigned
