They are seeking a Warehouse Shipper in Mansfield, TX, responsible for sorting and staging pallets, preparing packages for shipment, and performing general warehouse duties while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

Sort and stage pallets on the shipping dock using a pallet jack or by hand based on daily shipping schedules, truck weight limits, and load requirements

Prepare packages for shipment by taping or stapling boxes and applying completed shipping labels

Generate air pillows by entering required quantity and size into air pillow machines and placing them into boxes

Inspect packages flagged for incorrect weight on the shipping conveyor line and make necessary adjustments; escalate complex issues to the Shipping Supervisor

Assemble specialized or custom-order boxes using a staple gun

Pick customer orders using an RF scanner by scanning order tickets, selecting products in assigned zones, and placing items onto conveyor systems

Empty cardboard and trash bins into the trash compactor

Perform general warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management

Authorized to work in the U.S

Reliable work history with strong attendance

Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift

Ability to lift, push, pull, and move packages throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Preferred

Shipping or warehouse experience preferred

GED / High School Diploma preferred

Experience using pallet jacks and RF scanners is a plus
